Across every industry I found the same challenge: leaders often know something isn't working, but they don't always have the time or perspective to identify exactly what it is.

My role is to help uncover what's slowing momentum, connect the right people, and create practical next steps.

I've helped launch new revenue streams, stabilize operations, retain customers during major transitions, and connect organizations with the partners they need to move forward.
